The aim of Netdoo Presales Services is to provide our customers and partners with the ability to access a full and wide range of diverse IT topics. Netdoo only recruit and deploy highly accredited and experienced IT Consultants.

Using predominantly tier one technology, technical advice will be thorough; our recommendations will be fully researched and solutions we propose will be technically adept. The Consultant will ensure that the business solution proposed not only offers viability but more importantly is in-line with the original client instruction. .

Network Analysis topology Overview
Netdoo Technical Specialist assists the sales team with client qualification producing a Network Analysis Topology Overview (NATO) which outlines a high level technical solution to the customer´s requirements.
Network design
Netdoo Technical Specialists assist the sales team with a comprehensive and detailed technical solution producing an Architecture Design Document (ADD).
Procurement
Netdoo Technical Specialists assist the sales team with a comprehensive and costed technical solution to include a detailed equipment list for procurement (PPD).
Project Management and Implementation
Netdoo Project Management process is designed to customise project delivery and lead with a comprehensive understanding of the underlying business objectives, agreed during the Consultancy process.
Based on Prince2 and ITIL Project Management methodology our Project Managers are focused on delivering a cost effective, resilient and risk free solutions to our customers.
Netdoo Project Managers operate as a central conduit to all parties, we believe that effective implementation processes are the key to maintaining project on-time and on-budget status and allow the customer to gain maximum benefit from the investment made.
Project Implementation teams are handpicked by the Project Manager to work alongside him for the duration of the project.
All project implementation teams are resourced from the Netdoo pool of highly experienced project engineers, specifically for the task in hand.
Reporting directly to the Project Manager, individual resources within the team specialise in the area in which they have been asked to provide expertise.
Individuals work together interdependently and remotely as most projects will not require the full-time presence of any one person or group of people.
Netdoo project updates allow project Engineers to be fully informed with scoping documents and updates prior to attending on site, enabling them to fulfil their duties within the time-frames allotted.
Upon completion of each task Engineers update Netdoo project, automatically reporting back to the Project Manager and allowing the overall project to move a step closer to conclusion.
